A 6 Star Rating for 1 Queen Street
Last week, Scott and Lisa Hinde, our Head of Sustainability, proudly accepted a 6 Star Green Star – As Built ‘World Leadership’ certification for the Deloitte Centre, Te Kaha, on behalf of Precinct. The certificate was presented by Andrew Eagles from the New Zealand Green Building Council.
Located in the heart of Commercial Bay, Auckland CBD, this iconic low carbon development is the first of its kind to achieve the highest possible Green Star rating for a mixed use office and hotel project. In addition, it has recently been named a finalist in four categories at the upcoming Property Council New Zealand Awards 2025.
We’re incredibly proud of this landmark adaptive reuse and mixed-use development. It continues to perform strongly—both commercially and operationally—demonstrating what the future of real estate can and should look like, locally and globally.
