Precinct’s key retail and hospitality precincts include Commercial Bay on Auckland’s waterfront, and Willis Lane a basement food and entertainment destination in Wellington central city.
The retail and beverage offerings have been carefully curated to provide a variety of offers and experiences that appeal to a broad customer base. As well as being heavily involved in the design and leasing strategies, the Precinct team actively manage the venues providing an ongoing level of support to ensure continued success for the operators and a continued level of experience for customers.
