10 Madden Street awarded 6 Green Star NZ – Education Built v3 certified rating

We are pleased to announce that 10 Madden Street has achieved a 6 Green Star NZ – Education Built v3 certified rating, exemplifying world leadership. This project was awarded a total of 76 points from NZGBC.

Completed in 2020, 10 Madden Street was designed to spark creativity and support modern, agile ways of working. Some of the key building features include recycled rainwater for the living wall, solar panels on the roof and electric vehicle charging points in the carpark.
