The completion of Beca House marks the final stage of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct. This latest development project - now proudly Beca House - comprises three connected buildings at 117 Pakenham Street and 124 Halsey Street. The third building, which sits in the middle of both these buildings, will be home to a brand-new Generator site which will open later in 2025.
The buildings were designed to be highly sustainable to meet the needs of today’s modern workplaces and Precinct is targeting a 6-star Green Star rating.
There are multiple entry points to the buildings making it accessible from all directions and encouraging connection with surrounding businesses.
Floors 6 and 7 are still available for lease, with occupation available from May 2025. Both these floorplates are approximately 1,900 sqm each. They have beautiful views out east towards the city and come with brand new base build features (flooring, ceiling, lighting, bathrooms).
