In addition to the release of our annual results today, we are delighted to launch the redevelopment and revitalisation of our greatest asset – our brand.

At Precinct, we build properties that make it a pleasure to live, work and experience the city. Over the last 10 years, Precinct’s strategy has evolved and expanded into new sectors delivering some transformational and truly iconic projects like Commercial Bay, Willis Lane, the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct and Bowen Campus.


We are incredibly proud of the outcomes we have achieved in creating destinations across Auckland and Wellington. Each space meticulously crafted to bring life, vibrancy, and connection with every square metre.

From one-of-a-kind urban environments to residential magic, we are excited to leverage the equity and reputation we have in the commercial office market to advance our entry into new markets, beginning with the development of homes in Tamaki’s central city neighbourhoods. You will start to see our brand pop up more often across our residential developments.

Our brand is grounded by the quality of our assets, the people, and partners we hold relationships with, and our growing ambitions to continue delivering remarkable, sustainable, mixed-use projects for our cities.

Our new logo, especially the ‘P’, is a representation of Precinct’s art for creating space for life, space that draws people in and brings them together. It’s not necessarily the physical buildings that make a place, but the laneways, intersections and streetscapes in between. These places are the real nexus for connection. The concentration of our assets in Commercial Bay, Bowen Campus and Wynyard Quarter are prime examples of our understanding of this philosophy and enable us to create a central nexus within these developments.
