Opening & Blessing of Beca House

This morning we had the pleasure of formally welcoming Beca into our Auckland portfolio with a blessing of their new workspace by mana whenua, Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. This milestone moment signals the completion of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct, a decade-long project which has delivered a concentration of five commercial office buildings in Wynyard Quarter. It is the largest urban regeneration development in New Zealand.
We partnered with Beca on this development since the beginning and we are thrilled that today, they become one of our largest corporate clients, with 1,400 staff in this stunning new environment.
Beca House at 124 Halsey Street, is the last commercial real estate on the waterfront in Wynyard Quarter. Its Viaduct Harbour views, excellent connectivity to the city and spacious, large-format floorplates provide large businesses with a unique opportunity for campus office accommodation in the city centre.
